Projects
To achieve its vision, En ToTo engages in the following activities:
OUR MAIN PROJECTS
SEA STATIONERY KITS DISTRIBUTION and POST SEA WORKSHOPS
The distribution of SEA Stationery Kits and the hosting of the Post SEA Work-shops are En ToTo’s seminal projects and continue to be its flagship interventions.
Through the distribution of SEA Stationery Kits our outreach ensures that students throughout Trinidad and Tobago receive these essential tools as part of their preparedness for writing the examination; while the Post SEA Workshops engage them in theoretical and practical life skill modules that ‘bridge the gap’ between primary and secondary schools; thus empowering them with the necessary knowledge and skill-sets that prepare them for the challenges that will face them during secondary school and beyond.
PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE PROGRAMME for STUDENTS (PIPS)
This programme (first piloted in 2012) is one of recognition of those students in the various communities who have excelled in the SEA examination in their respective schools and who have acquired placements at the secondary school level.

Apart from the obvious fact whereby participating students are encouraged to sustain and/or achieve set standards annually (in preparation for future academia); the programme also demands a commitment from students to consciously make decisions that will facilitate early steps towards financial independence through a 7-year SAVINGS ONLY Plan.

To facilitate the initiation of that savings only process for participating students, En ToTo establishes DEPOSIT ONLY bank accounts (in the names of the successful candidates) based on a tiered system of reward. For the first time, in 2016, this project signed on to a sponsor: the FIRST CITIZENS.
CAMP OMNI
Camp OMNI is a sleep-over leadership and character development camp for youths staged at an army base at Chaguaramas. It focuses on developing leadership skills through Character Building and Self-actualization exercises over a 7 day period. While our primary host and partner in this unique programme developed by En ToTo, is the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force ; the programme is executed with the direct support and involvement of the major agencies of the Ministry of National Security and the Customs and Excise Marine Interdiction and Canine Enforcement units.
HEALTH & FITNESS FAIR
En ToTo’s Student Health and Fitness Fair focuses on edification and awareness of healthy living and lifestyle choices. Executed in an outdoor environment, this intervention is one that also promotes the opportunities for friendly rivalry and team building.
SECONDARY PROJECTS
YOUNG ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME (YEP)
YOUTH AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME (YAP)
BaSKIT: (Basic Summer Skills Training Camp)
This programme introduces and exposes young people to the principles of entrepreneurship through hands-on involvement in a seasonal revenue generating exercise.

Through their participation these budding business entities learn the practical applications of procurement, product differentiation, marketing and customer service among other things.
This programme was specifically designed to make the college fair experience a REAL one. Introduced in 2017 EN ToTo was able to expose 23 students (of Forms 4 & 5) to an overseas tour of the faculties at Kingsborough and Metropolitan Community Colleges and East Stroudsburg University as they sought to determine their career options and paths.
Executed in Aug 2010 over a 5 week period this Tech/VOC training camp was held at the Trinidad and Tobago Police Training Centre, St. James Barracks. This inaugural event / activity attracted youths between the ages of 11 and 19 (approx. 110 students) drawn from our secondary schools and youth correctional institutions. While the primary focus covered all aspects of construction; its secondary objective was the building and fostering of relationships, mutual respects and camaraderie among peers.
