En ToTo’s Health & Fitness S.C.H.O.L.A.R.S. 2025

En ToTo hosted it's annual Health & Fitness Fair on Tuesday 25th February 2025. 

This year in addition to re-branding, we were pleased to introduce the component Fitness S.C.H.O.L.A.R.S.! 

 

S.C.H.O.L.A.R.S. consists of an‘octhalon’ relay.  This 8-member team included ONE teacher. Its execution was designed along the lines of an ‘Octhalon’ relay – with each stage of the relay representing one of the letters of the acronym S.C.H.O.L.A.R.S. 

 

The event will constitute of: 

S: Swimming  

C: Cycling   

H: Hoola Hoop  

O: Obstacle Course   

L: Lunges   

A: Aerobics  

R: Running   

S: Sit-Ups

As usual, we were able to meet our objectives of hosting an inter-secondary school sporting event that promotes friendly competition, teamwork, mutual respects, camaraderie, conflict resolution and 'brand loyalty'.

We were also able to sensitize participants to the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle choices and, instead, to focus on the benefits of engaging in healthy lifestyle choices.
